The Journal of Science and Nutrition (REDCieN) is a scientific journal sponsored by the Mexican College of Dieticians A.C. It publishes original articles, author's opinions (reviews), systematic reviews, editorials, technical reports, conference manuscripts, and poster abstracts of academic-scientific events related to nutrition and health. In this twelfth volume, the ethic code of dietians is highlighted in the editorial. An original paper of the risk of diabetes in health personnel during Covid-19 pandemic; an overview of the nutritional supplementation in individuals practicing CrossFit is included. The situation of exclusive breastfeeding in Latin America is discussed; and a very useful regulatory checklkist for private nutrition practice in Mexico is presented.
