The Journal of Science and Nutrition (REDCieN) is a scientific journal sponsored by the Mexican College of Dieticians A.C. It publishes original articles, author's opinions (reviews), systematic reviews, editorials, technical reports, conference manuscripts, and poster abstracts of academic-scientific events related to nutrition and health. In this tenth volume, the panorama of breastfeeding in Chiapas by the President of the Mexican College of Dietitians, PhD Erika Lopez. Also, safe food handing practices during COVID-19 lockdown, social media implications in the public health, food and nutrition challenges that public health faces, and aplications of 24-hour recall as part of the dietetic practice.
