Abstract

Precision Nutrition (PN) is an emerging field dedicated to providing dietary interventions based on the unique interplay between an individual's biology and their environment. While General Nutrition (GN) overlooks interindividual differences, PN leverages this variability to optimize health outcomes. This review synthesizes current evidence evaluating the impact of PN compared to GN in the management of diabetes, obesity, cancer, and infertility. Additionally, it outlines critical areas for future investigation.
