The Journal of Science and Nutrition (REDCieN) is a scientific journal sponsored by the Mexican College of Dieticians A.C. It publishes original articles, author's opinions (reviews), systematic reviews, editorials, technical reports, conference manuscripts, and poster abstracts of academic-scientific events related to nutrition and health. In this thirteenth volume, the issue features an editorial on approaches to achieving a healthy body weight, an original article on the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of severe hyponatremia, and three review articles highlighting precision nutrition, advances and challenges in nutrition research, as well as the ethical use of artificial intelligence.
