The Journal of Science and Nutrition (REDCieN) is a scientific journal sponsored by the Mexican College of Dieticians A.C. It publishes original articles, author's opinions (reviews), systematic reviews, editorials, technical reports, conference manuscripts, and poster abstracts of academic-scientific events related to nutrition and health. In this eleventh volume, the use of artificial intelligence in nutrition is highlighted in the editorial. Coffee consumption in the Mexican population is shown, and glucose is analyzed beyond a metabolic biomarker. Two symposiums organized by REDCieN-CMN at the Meeting of Researchers of the AMMFEN National Congress, 2024, are reported; one about Mexican popular science magazines in Mexico and the other about Evidence-Based Nutrition.
